Do you offer Independent Advice?

Yes. Ashmax Associates are Independent Advisors so can offer whole of market, unbiased advice that is suitable for you. We are also part of LJ Financial Planning Limited who are among only 5% of advisors in the UK who have Chartered Status.

Are Ashmax approved and regulated?

Yes. Ashmax are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It is important that you only seek advice from authorised and approved individuals. Our FCA number is 723086 and you can click here to find us on the FCA register.

How much do you charge and how can I pay?

We charge industry-standard fees for our services that will be discussed in detail with you and put in writing. Fees can include an initial charge for any investments or transfers as well as an ongoing fee to review and service your policies. We may agree on a one-off, up-front fee for specific advice depending on its nature and complexity. All costs are explained in our Client Agreement. Fees can either be paid to us directly or out of nay investment or pension transfer.

What is the Free Financial Health Check?

We offer a free initial Financial Health Check where we will obtain information regarding your pension, investment and protection policies and make a recommendation based on your personal circumstances, attitude to risk, needs and objectives. If you decide to proceed with our recommendations then the agreed fees will apply. If you do not proceed with our recommendations then no fee will apply unless an up-front fee has been agreed. A review and servicing fee may be agreed if you simply want us to take over the management of your policies.

Do I have to arrange a face-to-face appointment?

No. We encourage face-to-face engagement so we can build long-term relationships with our clients but also offer a telephone, email and on-line service that includes Skype that can work around your busy schedule.

Do you offer financial advice for companies?

Yes. We offer an in-house financial advice service for company directors and empoyees. This can improve staff recruitment and retention by offering our Free Initial Financial Health Check at your company offices as well as a range of other company insurance services.

Do you offer secured growth and secured income options for pensions, savings and investments?

Yes. As Independent Financial Advisers we can research the whole of market for solutions and are not restricted or tied to any providers. We are familiair with various guaranteed solutions that offer the potential for growth with added protection against market downturns.

Can I recommend my friends and family to you?
